For those of us celebrating Autumn, this tea is a delicious and nourishing way to keep warm and treat yourself (and your body) at the same time.
Include equal parts of grated ginger root, raw honey and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
About 1T per person.
Grate ginger into plunger beaker or teapot. Just cover with filtered water. Fill beaker or teapot with boiling water. Leave to steep for 5 minutes.
Stir in lemon juice and honey.
Strain as you pour into your favourite cup or mug,

Follow as above, but add per person - slice or two of hot fresh chilli, 1 clove, 1/2 garlic clove: pressed - at the same time the ginger is added.
