Healthy Home-made Muesli Bars

Muesli Bar Recipe:
1 mashed banana
1T peanut butter
1/4t cinnamon
1/4c sultanas
1c rolled oats
1/4c chopped almonds
1T honey
1/4c coconut
1t flax seed oil

Combine all wet ingredients together, and all dry ~ seperately, then combine in a bowl
Press into a lined slice tin
Bake in a moderate oven for about 15mins or until they are as soft or crunchy as you like them (golden brown, especially so at edges)
Cut into long rectangles while warm and leave to cool in tin.

Healthy as you want them to be!
