Kid-Friendly Jam Biscuits

Really simple and quick to make and terribly tasty!

When the dough looks like this.
The whole family can spoon it out onto awaiting lined trays quite simply.


For best results through even cooking,
they should all be roughly the same size.

Possibly the "funnest" part - my children tell me!

Never too much jam!
Important, or else it bubbles over in the oven and burns.
You're also left with a sadly, jamless, biccie ~ & that's never good.
